Our green beans are carefully screened during the buying process and are from selected regions of the growing countries. After the beans are custom roasted in small batches, they are cupped for quality and tested for colour on our Agtron Colour analyzer. Our rigorous quality control program begins with an inspection of the green beans when they enter our warehouse and ends with inspection of the final product, cupping and colour analysis.
